EXPERIENCE
New Construction:
Residential (single/multifamily), Commercial (office and warehouse
spaces), Light Industrial (storage, access ways)
Existing Remodel/Tenant
Improvements: Residential remodels including
decks, additions, and retaining walls. Commercial remodels include roof
reinforcement for HVAC units, mezzanines, and additions. Gravity and
lateral upgrades of various building types including wood, concrete,
steel, and unreinforced masonry (URM).
Existing Building
Observation/Assessment: Performed a variety of
engineering observation and inspections for buildings owners, occupants,
and buyers. Inspection types include general observations,
damage/repair assessments, and structural reports for financial lending
requirements including commercial T.I. loans and residential FHA loans.
