EXPERIENCE

New Construction:  Office building (wood construction and steel construction), warehouse buildings (tilt up construction), retail facilities (CMU wood construction), steel, light gauge metal design, and metal building foundations.

Existing Remodel/Tenant Improvements:  Commercial remodels include roof reinforcement for HVAC units, mezzanines, and additions.  Gravity and lateral upgrades of various building types including wood, concrete, and unreinforced masonry (URM).  Residential remodels including additions, decks, and retaining walls.

Light Gauge Steel Design:  Designed many light gauge metal stud framing projects. A few of the projects completed consist of schools (i.e. Central High School, Silverton High School, PSU Student Rec. Center), stadiums in Tacoma (WSU-Martine Stadium and Tacoma Rainiers Cheney Stadium), and Oregon College of Art and Craft.
