Commercial Construction: Providing structural services for new construction and remodels including office buildings, commercial, retail, assisted-living facilities, and educational facilities.

 

Residential Construction: Providing structural engineering, plan design and drafting services for small and large projects including new construction and remodels.

 

Structural Building Observations: Residential: We represent clients buying & selling traditional homes & Manufactured homes. Commercial: We represent clients buying & selling buildings and assessing property damage caused from natural / unnatural causes including fire, snow, wind, earthquake and vehicle damage.

 

Fire Escapes: Hayden Consulting Engineers worked with Portland Fire & Rescue to develop safe testing and inspection procedures for fire escapes on the exterior of buildings.

 

Retrofitting: Providing structural services for seismic upgrading or retrofitting older structures to meet current code requirements.  Structural systems retrofitted have included unreinforced masonry buildings, concrete buildings, and wood-framed buildings.

 

Remodels: Providing structural services for remodels and tenant improvements, including both small and large projects.

 

Light Gauge Metal Stud / Suspended Ceilings: Providing structural engineering and drafting services for small and large projects including acoustical ceiling tile, wood panels, gyp, board, and clouds / free floating ceilings.
