Darron Hayden, P.E.,S.E.
Principal
Darron Hayden has designed and managed a variety of building projects
including office, warehouse, multifamily, retail facilities, new residential,
residential remodels, industrial facilities, metal building foundations, seismic
evaluations and seismic upgrades. He has also provided engineering design
work for new and existing university buildings in the state of Oregon.
The university buildings have consisted of student housing, maintenance
buildings, classrooms, and a three story administration building.
Mr. Hayden has managed the design of over 40 retirement, assisted living, and
Alzheimer facilities in ten states. The structures range from one story
cottages to four story facilities with underground parking.
He has observed and evaluated many existing structures for building users,
building owners, and building purchasers. He has also performed evaluations on
office buildings, warehouses, retail facilities, apartment complexes, and
residential structures.
